About the Role
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office is currently hiring for full-time Civil/Warrant Clerk, with the Sheriff’s Office. The base salary is $45,868.62 to $49,934.07 annually; Clerk will be responsible for all civil cases issued by the County and District Courts. Citations issued by Sheriff’s Deputies, Sex offenders registration, Time keeping of the Sheriff’s Office, Arrest Warrants issued by the Courts, Case Files, and other Duties. Applicants must demonstrate good human relation skills and be able to work well with all segments of the public.

Requirements
To be considered, you must complete a Personal History Statement (PHS) application. You must complete and return the PHS in order to move forward in the process. Your PHS will then be reviewed. If you pass the PHS screening, you will be sent further instructions.
