About the Role
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office is currently hiring for full-time Jail/Detention LVN, RN or Paramedic. The base salary is $62,500.00 for LVN and $65,000.00 to $75,004.80 for RN and Paramedic annually. Position will be responsible for Day-to-Day minor medical needs of the Jail/Detention population, distribution of medication, filling prescribed medication and maintaining documentation of medical records Applicants must demonstrate good human relation skills and be able to work well with all segments of the public, including individuals with mental health challenges.

Requirements
To be considered, you must complete a Personal History Statement (PHS) application. You must complete and return the PHS in order to move forward in the process. Your PHS will then be reviewed. If you pass the PHS screening, you will be sent further instructions.
